This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to how SKOGRAN UAB (“Tipi”, “we”, “us” or “our”) company, collects, stores, shares, and uses information provided by legal person or other organization or its Authorized Users (“user”, “you”, “your” or “yours”) who uses Tipi's website, software products, including mobile applications, if any, and other services (collectively referred to as “Services”). By accessing or using our Services in any way, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Tipi reserves the right to make changes or modifications to this Privacy Policy from time to time, in its sole absolute discretion. And it you obligation to obtain any permissions or consents from all and any Authorized Users that are necessary for the lawful use of User Content they submit and to inform all and any Authorized User of any applicable laws and policies that may impact the processing of their personal data, if any. You must also duly inform Authorized Users as data subjects of your rights to process User Content, purposes of processing and all and any other mandatory information under applicable laws. You must also duly inform Authorized Users that you are the owner of User Content. You must also within the scope of functionalities of Services ensure compliance with the applicable personal data protection laws and ensure implementation of data subjects rights: right to receive information on personal data processed, right to access to personal data, right to rectification or erasure (‘right to be forgotten’) of the personal data, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object, etc.

By submitting, posting, publishing or otherwise providing any User Content on or through our Services, you grant us a right and instruct us to process your User Content in online (cloud) data storage or any and all other media now known or later developed, for the purposes of providing and maintaining our Services. Therefore, you understand and agree that Tipi is unable to provide any warranty, guarantee or representation concerning the protection of your Data or concerning the existence or effectiveness of any security measures undertaken. Tipi will not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages which may result from access by an unauthorized third party, or the introduction of viruses, worms, or other harmful elements into the Services and their possible effects on Data.
